For Nuit Blanche 2024, Frac Île-de-France invites you to enter the world of Overdanse, a dance marathon designed by artist Tony Regazzoni.
During a festive and popular day, the Frac’s Reserves are transformed into a dance floor where a special competition is played out: may he or she who dances the longest win!
Inspired by the dance marathons of the 1920s, mixed with the world of clubbing and fairs, young and old are invited to dance in two competitions: from 2pm to 6pm for children (up to 14 years) and from 2pm to midnight for adults (15 years and over).
During this marathon, to the sound of the different musical styles of guest DJs (Canelle Doublekick, Eva Peel, Klub Kid, Monique DESTruction, Tony2Soiree) and under the incorruptible gaze of a jury made up of dance and party personalities (Amelie Poulain, Babouchka Babouche, Blanche Poubelle, Warren Ninja), several challenges will spice up the event and numerous prizes will crown these victories.
At the same time, you can visit the Vieilles coques & jeunes récifs exhibition at Les Réserves.
Food and drink will be available on site.
From 6:30pm, at the Fondation Fiminco, a dance mediation around the artists-in-residence exhibition is proposed by the Blanca Li dance company.
